Speakers without boarder - repost

I would like somebody to write me a program simular to Mouse Without Boarders. Only I want it to be for audio input and output. I want to be able to take multiple computers on a LAN and share the audio devices of both computers. I want programs to be able to output to devices as if the devices on other computers are on the original device. I believe the look of Mouse Without Boarders is perfect for the software, however, I'm open to suggestions. I will be happy to throw in a bonus for some extra features. The extra features I would like to see are, for the program to accept skins and for the program to be able to receive audio from a program and output it to more then one device on each computer. A little about me. I'm currently a programmer and I could do this project on my own in C but I'm to lazy to. I work for Comcast, from home. And I have a computer setup while I'm working that they monitor. They monitor the monitor itself and they monitor and the I/O of a headset that I use while I'm working. Currently I use another computer to surf facebook and what not while I'm working. I want to be able to listen to music in my headset while I'm working, without anything popping up on the screen that is on the dedicated work computer. So it has to be able to run on the computer that I use for personal use, then output on the computer I use for work purposes without anything being seen on the screen of my work computer. I need to be able to turn the sound on and off at will and adjust the volume while working. Also you are agreeing to letting me have the code to do whatever, I want with later or edit. You must make good notes in the code so that I can understand it, in case I decide to change somethings in the code. I am suggesting C++ because I know C very well and know it can be done. I know many other languages as well. I don't care what language it is in as long as it is one I know well enough that I can make changes if I want to in the code God Bless and Happy Bidding.
