This is a simple data collection, logging and reporting application. In which the protocol for collection of data used is Modbus, there
are open source libraries available NModbu(.net Modbus implementation) and libmodbus(complable on Linux and Win). Once the data is collected it is stored at certain frequency.
There will be a billing module as well, which is a combination of user management and some business [url removed, login to view] data collected will be used to update the bill information of each user.
We are looking for quick prototype and we also have some budget constraints, can\'t offer better that 100USD.
