Social Media Junior Manager - Full time

Role (Overview of the Position)
The focus of this role is to launch new products from our catalog to the right audience and increase their organic keyword ranking mainly. You will be in charge of building, managing, scaling social media ad campaign(s) and connecting them to a ManyChat (ManyChat training is provided) that meets or exceed designated campaign Key Performance Indicators.
Responsibilities (Tasks associated with the Role)
- Run Facebook / Instagram and other social media ads
- Find the right audience(s)
- Build, manage and scale the ad campaign(s)
- Connect the ads to Shopify, amazon or Manychat
- Check for conversion and ROAS
- Check daily keyword ranking and optimize as needed (training provided)
Results (Expected Accomplishments)
- Launch 1-2 products per day and connect them to Manychat
- Run Social media ads to increase traffic and conversions to the website
- Scale social media ads to a profitable ROAS
- Optimize to decrease the CPA
- Team weekly reporting of what is working and what is not
- Work with Management to scale the accounts and products.
Requirements (Expected Proficiencies)
- 3+ Years of experience as a SMAS
- Excellent written and oral communication skills required
- Available to work from 10:00 – 18:00 CEST Europe time
- Super organized but can move quickly to ensure things get done effectively and efficiently
- Loves to learn and be willing to take training that we offer them to develop their skills
- Loves a challenge & resourceful when it comes to figuring things out, and making them happen

- Speaks additional language.
- Youtube ads, Google Shopping, and Google ads
- Understands SEO and how it works
- Any experience with the jewelry niche
