Dropshipping from Hongkong to Asia and Europe

We need someone who is able to receive parcels up to 5 kg per week and forward the goods to Asia and Europe.
Pick and pack is necessary.
The product is very light in weight, like memory cards or USB Sticks for example.
Each memory card is 0.25 gramm for example.
The goods should be send by Hong Kong post as registered or normal letter.
Each letter is up to 20 gramm.
We will provide the envelopes. Of course we will pay for the shipping fees.
You should offer us a "fix price" per letter for pick and pack and to give the letters to the post.
or
a price per hour and an information about the quantity of letters you think you will be able to handle per hour.
