Increase traffic using SEO, social media to my 5 sites

I have 5 Wordpress multisites with 20 total niches(4 each) and I want to bring buyer targeted traffic using SEO and social media. I am using an eBay EPN WP plugin to show related items in the content and an Ad sharing plugin to show eBay EPN banner of general niches items. No generic proposal in PM. Kindly include a small description in your proposal to make you understood the project , otherwise rejected CAD Currencies. Your bid must for the WHOLE project. Any "bait and switch" or partial project bid will be reported as spam. If your bid is higher than my budget, don't BID and waste my/your time. Simple SEO: =========== - 20 URLs and 40 keywords. - Each URLs has 2 keywords. Those are buyer keywords with VERY LOW SEO competition(used Market Samurai). - White Hat methods only using quality content. NO LOW QUALITY SPAM content - Write an 100% original 300 words article about the item AND spun it to be "human" readable. It must pass Copyscape. (20 articles) - For each keyword, create from the spun article a Blogger, Wordpress, Tumblr, Wix, Weebly, LiveJournal Web 2.0 thus creating 6 "Tier 1" backlinks. Include a royalty-free images related to the niche. Make sure it's readable. - Create 200+ dofollow backlinks(comment, bookmark, PDF, web 2.0, directories, wikis..) to those main Web 2.0 tier 1. - Submit the spun article to article directories using different keywords(Keywords, url, http://.... ) - Create 10+ dofollow backlinks to those article directories tier 1. - Use an indexing services for ALL backlinks and tell what service you are using. Social Media: ============= SEO can take 30 days or more to show results so I need. - Targeted traffic from FB, G+, Q/A, forums ... to those 20 URLs. - Submit the spun article as guest post (make sure it's human readable) to 5 related blogs in the niche. Note: Mention in your bid the social media sites and technique(fanpage, forum, group ...) you will be using to send traffic so I can track results ********** Milestone: ********** 50% when SEO part is done. 50% when I get 300 unique visitors/month from social media(above) to each of the 20 URLs(total 6 000/month) with Average Visit Duration of 2+ minutes in 30 days. It's to make sure it's real targeted buyers.
