Help with 301 redirect in .htaccess file

Hi- I've recently redirected my old company website to the new one. I have different URL structure on the new site so I redirected each of the old pages to the corresponding new one individually. However, I'm having issues with redirecting the old home page to the new home page for both the www and non-www versions. The redirects are working, but some of the header checker/redirect tools I'm using are showing it as a 302. Ex. [login to view URL] [login to view URL] I want to make sure it is done 100% correctly for SEO as well as user experience. I'm attaching the .htaccess file here for you to look at. Thanks!
