We are looking for PR3+ permanent one-way theme links for about 20 keywords for real estate website. 30% of links should be with keywords and 70% just as a link.
We want PR 3+ 20 links per month.
Need weekly progress report.
All links should be penguin/panda proof - so it should be a mixture of 80% anchor links + 20% plain links.
- NO BLACK HAT OR GREY HAT METHODS! Backlinks with 100% white hat techniques only!
- Links from relevant real estate sites will be accepted.
- Only ENGLISH sites
- Link pages must be visible, readable, and indexable
- Link page must be search engine friendly and all links are permanent.
- All links must be static and standard href type links.
- One link per domain. No subdomains
- Page must not be no-index/no-follow by [login to view URL]
- We have the right to reject URLs that do not abide by with the above condition
- Links must be placed on proper PR3+ web pages, either on home page or internal pages linked with Home page.
- Domains must be from different IP addresses and different Class-C IP addresses.
- We reserve the right to cancel any link if not found suitable.
NOT ALLOWED:
- No link farms, no link-exchange programs, no banned sites by Google, no illegal/scam/spam sites.
- No FORUMS, web rings, or link directories.
- No exchange programs, web rings, rented links, FFA sites.
- No forum posts, proffile links, links from guest books.
- No links from rel="nofollow" or "noindex" tag for pages themselves and for anchor text
- No [login to view URL] blocking, fake PR, banned by Google, Yahoo, Bing sites
- No use of automated software or bots.
- NO PING SITES.
- No links from under construction pages.
- No gambling, pharmacy, porn sites, illegal websites, hate-based websites, violent websites, cracking or hacking websites, no blacklisted or spam sites.
- No contextual ads sites, popups, intrusive advertising, etc.
- No blog comment spamming, no ping, no links within newsgroups.
- No link from: torrent sites, file sharing, articles.
- ALL SITES MUST BE A .com, .org, .edu, or .net WEBSITE
- No sites which ask for money later.
- No article directory sites.
- No contextual ads sites, popups, intrusive advertising, etc. NO SPAMMING
- All links must be One way non-reciprocal links. Preferably from relevant websites.

- Links must be static html links. Including the target keywords I provide in anchor text
- Links must be permanent, active, never expiring.
- Links must be in text, no graphics.
- No use of blackhat software. Seriously, you know what I mean. You must build links manually (Like 10 a week) and spread them over 7 days
- I reserve the right to cancel any link if not found suitable.
ACCEPTANCE OF DELIVERY:
- NO upfront payment until we check all the links.
- Report must be sent to us, including the all URLs dates when posted, where the links were posted, pr of the website
Please understand that we have extensive experience in SEO, and we will check the links before approving the payment.
Please note: Whitehat is crucial and required. Blackhat or Grey hat methods will not be accepted nor paid for. Payment will be made after I have received the spreadsheet and verified each link.
You will need to provide me with the following spreadsheet : Link site exact URL (clickable hyperlink), Site Name, Site Type, Google Page Rank and IP address as well as the date placed
