On-going Work - 400 One Way Permanent Back links

I cannot emphasis enough the importance of following the instructions outlined below. If for any reason we find out that search engine guidelines especially Google are being violated, we shall immediately terminate the work and leave a negative feedback. Please be sure you bid for this job with all these in mind. We are looking for a long-term relationship and after completion of the job - with little problems and good work done, we shall give a 10% bonus of the total amount we pay.

We are a business in a competitive ecommerce industry and need permanent one way back links to our site. Our site has no links yet but currently has a PR3. It has quality content and we seek similar sites. Our business values integrity and for that reason, we ONLY want white-hat practices. This job will be a 6month contract of which we shall extend if the relationship is good.

We require 400 one way links at the end of the 6 months and need a minimum of 50 links every month with a maximum of 20 a week. Payment will be monthly.

The pages on which you place the links have to be minimum PR 3 (on the actual page where the link is placed) and homepage minimum PR4. The page where the link is placed has to be crawled by Google within the last 30 days.

NOTE: One-way (non-reciprocal) links only are accepted.

-Links should come from a web-design “themed” site

-No FFAs, Linkfarms ("banner or link farm”) and no Google adwords

-Must come from different Class-C IP Addresses.

-"Spiderable" (no Java script, no follow tags, or restrictions in [url removed, login to view])

-Natural building, in a linear (rather than bulk submit) fashion. Maximum of 20 links per week.

-No more than 20 outbound links on the pages where my link is placed

-One link per domain (different C class IPs)

-Permanent, HTML crawlable links only (no JavaScript, no "nofollow", no "noindex", no [url removed, login to view] blockage etc)

-English language sites only

-No search Spam

-No scraper sites, mirror sites, or free for all link exchanges

-No link schemes

-No blog comments

-No directories

-No forums/bulletin boards

-No blog and ping sites

-No hidden links, No redirects, or cloaking (e.g., 301, 302, meta-refresh, JavaScript redirects)

-No classified ads

-No article submission sites

-No guest books

-Only web-sites related to the following categories below are accepted (so no gambling, pharmacy, adult etc)

-No paid links
