Statewide Business Directory and CMS

We are desiring to build a website with the following components:

The objective of this website is to collect data of businesses located in a state. Based on what I have seen, I prefer to use phpmydirectory for the directory. The directory needs to be customized with a design that fits the market that we represent. The only component that is missing on PHPMYDirectory is a coupon option and we will need to have that included. The mod might be available and I will check or please advise if you can add the simple coding to creat a coupon section for each business. The business directory needs to be optimized for search engines.

I am interested in using mambo or joomla. I have the latest mambo installed currently. But I am not sure if joomla or mambo is the best for me to use. I can install joomla if needed or you can install on my server.

I need the CMS to have sections for tourism-cities and towns, education, and a place where RSS newsfeed can be listed on the main page for content purposes. Mambo, or joomla will need to be slightly customized so that I can offer the standard banner ad at the top and button, but two additional button ads 250 x 250 and 125x90 (I will give you exact sizes later) and I can update in the admin panel with rotating banners.

The directory should be seamless with mambo/joomla.

You must haev a graphic designer!!! This website needs to have clean, crisp graphics (preferred color scheme is blue) but allows for people to easily read the information.

We need a nice banner at the top that promotes this niche market.

We have been selling website development to business that will go in the directory and need a company that will partner with us for future projects. Additionally, we own 60 domain names and they all need to be updated so consistent work is what we offer.

This project needs to get off the ground so that we can focus on generating business!
