173901 Designer / Programmer Needed

okay i have a hosting website and i am looking for a programmer who can integrate the design into the site. My current designer will be providing me the main theme design. Your job will be to integrate the design and to create other pages to suit the design.

I am using WHMCS billing manager and i will need you to integrate it and to change the looks of the WHMCS completely different from its default look.

You must be experienced in this work.

please pm me with your previous work on similar projects.

Important Notes on bidding the amount

1) WHMCS charges an installation fee of $39.95 with a template to suit the site design.

2) I am providing you the main design theme which comes with psd. You just have to create pages, images base on the theme.
