- Overview -

Our Company is a Start Up in Cloud Computing. Our platform will provide Cloud Computing services for Corporate and Government. We have a clear idea of the kinds of customers we appeal to. We are seeking a Sales Manager for our Hosting Business. We have an exciting Strategy for achieving Sales.

In the current stage before launch, over the next 3-6 months, our sales manager will be planning pricing structures for our products. A deep knowledge of Pricing Structures of Cloud Hosting products would be highly beneficial to this stage of the role. Our invoicing pattern and our structure for Enterprise customers is also something we would be fleshing out in this stage, and looking to solidify before launch. A Person with experience as a Technical Account Manager or Sales Manager in a Cloud Hosting Environment would therefore be viewed in a highly positive light.

We have clear sales channels and ideas of how we can approach and close these. We foresee that our Sales Manager will need to demonstrate the ability to work in a flexible manner (some research, some documentation, some meetings) as well independently and off their initiative to take full advantage of this role.

Previous experience in Account Management or Territory Sales within IT / Solution Sales and wanting to drive our success will be key factors. We believe that will need strong account management and relationship building skills.

Our Sales Manager will be tasked with building a sales pipeline of business from scratch targeting our first verticals in UK markets which are very specific. Going forward, the role will also include Account Manager duties, such as closely liaising with our clients to help them get the most from our services.

- Commitment, Timeline -

We would imagine approximately 2-3 days per week at the start to help us get our documentation together, likely increasing over the next couple of months as we are able to start showing clients. After launch, we would imagine the role to be full time, and likely to include the management of a third party team.
