Need a german speaking sales guy! 15% commission

Hi!
I'm a web developer from Austria and I need a german speaking (native) sales guy who helps me pitching my service to companies through cold calls. You should already have some experience in selling B2B and not afraid of doing cold calls (or cold emails with follow up calls).
Your job would be to pitch my service to companies and to arrange an appointment for a (more technical) phone call with me where I can hopefully close the sale. So you don't have to close sales, but only bring in some hot leads.
I pay 15% commission for every sale generated by your leads. So for a €5k homepage you'd get €750.
