Lead Generation in Italy (Telesales) - Property Development

Property developer looking for a lead generation specialist to be responsible for performing multiple prospecting functions, primarily to contact landowners who have potential energy development opportunities. We will provide a sales script (telephone, mail, email and voicemail) and a database of leads. Some data mining or internet research may be required to find the contact number of some landowners. The lead generation specialist is expected to: - Initiate outbound lead prospecting through extensive phone, email and mail communication - Generate sales-ready appointments and ensure each lead is well qualified - Identify appropriate decision makers - Build rapport with landowners & help answer any of their queries around the development process - Meet or exceed productivity goals regarding calls The ideal candidate has: - Enjoys meeting and speaking to lots of different people - Resilient enough to push past issues around difficulties of finding the relevant decision makers or landowners producing objections. - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate within all levels of an organisation (both written and verbally) - High energy, high capacity, high integrity - Self-motivated, results-driven individual - Familiarity with CRM systems - Fluent in English and Italian - Ideally based in Italy - Ideally open to travelling for face to face meetings with landowners although not necessary (time and travel costs reimbursed by us)
