We are looking for very well organized & an ambitious self-driven Business Account Manager to join our team

<<<<<< Your success measure would be the successful on-boarding of Startup/mid-size organizations every month & min 2 positions to be closed every month >>>>

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities with current expertise, networking, lead generation, proposal submission, and follow-up appointments.

Researching the prospects and generating leads.

Effectively communicating the value proposition of through proposals and presentations to the prospects.

Lead nurturing, engagement, and closing sales.

Persuade clients to sign search contracts on an exclusive and/or retainer basis.

Provide accurate and detailed forecasts on weekly/ monthly funnel of identified and proposed customers to meet and exceed sales requirements.

Email coordination/timely update on whatsapp group by managing query flow of calls/emails/messages from candidate/internal team/clients.

Stakeholder Management and Negotiation

Requirements

8-10 years of business development experience in a recruitment agency/staffing firm.

Proven track record in Client Acquisition and winning new business.

Proven track record of increasing revenue through the generation of leads and placements.

Lead and oversee the organization's recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.

Responsible for developing and implementing effective talent acquisition plans, sourcing and attracting top-tier candidates.

Monitor market trends in hiring practices and ensure our strategy is in line with the market.

Manage all job descriptions out in the market, ensuring they are high quality and accurate.

Continuously review, improve and facilitate effective talent acquisition process.

Hands on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards.

MUST HAVE

Ability to motivate employees

Negotiation & Analytical Skills

Keen Observation, interpersonal, technical and marketing skills

Please Note: This would be full time role
