App to sync to RESTful APIs

Hello, I'm an independent web developer PST, I always keep an open feedback loop and can communicate via skype or chat throughout the day. If selected I would develop the app in CakePHP v3 and use the corresponding Mailchimp wrapper for the API (I've used it before) I would really like to know more about your requirements specifically what data you wish to sync and which way, to the CRM or from it for example, when or how the sync will be triggered etc. Please contact me via PM so we can discuss more.
