NOTE: of course the case name is unlikely to reveal what the plaintiff or defendant was: some intelligent searching is required
2. the researcher must post on dropbox, as ocred searchable pdf, the full texts of all cases pulled up
3. requires full access to lexis, westlaw, english reports online, etc
4. wld suit law student with nothing better to do
5. only CRIMINAL LAW REPORTS cases where the defendant is accused of criminal activity relating to the ADMINISTRATION AND MANAGEMENT OF DECEASEDS' TESTAMENTARY ESTATES
