My project is a tool to help targets of workplace bullying calculate the economic costs to their employer of the abuse and to format the data in report form that can be presented to their employer. These are the components of the calculation: Turnover + Opportunity Lost + Absenteeism + Presenteeism + Legal Defense Cost + Dispute Res. + Trial Costs + Settlements + WC/Disab Fraud Investig = The Routine Cost of Allowing Bullies to Harm Others with Impunity.
