Historic Building Restore and Transform (convert from a big house into a learning centre)

I have worked on a similar project of converting an existing building into a kindergarten in the UK. For these, to minimise cost, it is best to keep the existing structure as much as possible . Hi there! I would like to help you restore old historic house into a learning centre! I am interior designer and a recent graduate of Ringling College of Art and Design, USA, now living on the other side of the pond, in Bosnia and Herzegovina. I enjoy creatively solving design problems and finding functional and eye-pleasing solutions. Through my education at RCAD, I have successfully completed and specialised courses in residential, corporate, healthcare and hospitality design. Completion of these courses involved master of variety of software such as: AutoCAD, Revit, Google SketchUp + Vray, and the Adobe Creative Suite. I have also worked as render wrangler (Sarasota, USA) and interior design assistant (Almere, Netherlands). Currently I am working as a freelancer on two different freelancing platforms. I completely understand your job requirements, and I did several historic renovation in school and outside of school. I have EBD (evidence based design) knowledge about learning centres and learning facilities as I did a similar project for my final thesis. My design proposal consists from creating a concept and story behind the design, 3 x 2D layouts, interior design renders and putting a presentation together.
