We are a web design company. Our client wants to have a (spinning) model of a car engine on their website. There is an addition option to have this in several parts so that it can ‘build up’ to the complete engine.
We have not worked on a project like this before (or used Freelancer before) and so we will need a 3D artist that has excellent communication skill, is willing to talk on the phone as well as via email & video conference.
