The property is still in concept phase with 4000m2 of free open land + another 900m2 that can be used for parking adjacent to the property. Let us conceptualise 3 floors of the following at least 30 room suites (this is an all suite hotel), Large banquet hall (that can be divided into smaller breakaway rooms), breakfast/restaurant hall, cigar lounge + bar The name 'Crown' comes from the fact that a crown is any king's prized possession, please design with this in mind, also come up with a room or feature that we can call the "Jewel of the Crown" or "Crown's jewel" Please think luxury - but keep in mind that this is a 4 star hotel, working towards being a 5 star hotel. Think practical luxury, cost saving in construction and smart design.
