Basketball React Android APP

WE build an APP for Android in React Native + Redux, that let the user tag basketball games in real-time. It's already working when the user is Online.
A user can log in, select an event, select a game and tag in real-time during a match. All this information serves via API to the main server.
The objective for you is:
- Save all this structure offline so that if the app loses internet, the work doesn't stop, and the tags can send when the app became online again.
- Let the last user do an offline login
- Download a full event schedule and game tags
- Use Filter to find information
Note: all this structure is already working when the app is online.
