Write Python program to find text in files in Linux

I am looking for someone to write a Python program for me that will find a particular text in files. It will search for keywords that I specify and it should only search in the specific files that I give it. The program should be searching through strings. I need this program to be written in an efficient manner, so that it can search a large number of files quickly and accurately. I am looking for someone who has experience coding in Python and understanding of how to work with strings and how to design a program that can search in files. If you have done similar projects before and are confident in your abilities, please let me know.
Example: Code should to do followings:
- Search for words: error errors (both lowercase and upper case and mix)
- Optionally search for words: warning warnings (both lowercase and upper case and mix)
- Search in files: Files ending with extensions like .out .log (like [login to view URL], [login to view URL], CDS.log.1, CDS.log.2, ....)
- Search files in Linux paths: User can provide multiple exact paths (like /scratch/<name1>/<name2>
or /users/<userName> or User can provide a logical Linux path to the program
- When user runs program asks for searching texts in addition to error warning as well as path to the files or additional names of the files other than .out and .log
- Write program with comments and in a very clean/clear way so new Python programmers can understand and modify the program easily.
