Hi, I have good experiences developing code in Python Programming language for scientific application and Machine learning projects. In recent 2 years i have worked with different deep learning frameworks specially Keras , TensorFlow and Pytorch. For NLP tasks such as sentiment analysis, we can use NLTK or Spacy for required pre-proceesing and other NLP proccesing. For embedding features we can use pre-computed word2vec weights or we can train and compute features within neural network training. Then in neural network we use RNN architecture (GRU or LSTM) layers to train model. Thanks
