Python 2.7 script to collect cable modem statistics into text file

I need a Python 2.7 script to collect data from my cable modem’s statistics page and save it as a text file.
Please review the attached files for showing which information and how it needs to be collected:
UI [url removed, login to view]
Example Source [url removed, login to view]
Expected [url removed, login to view]
The following requirements must be met:
1.) The script must access the URL http://192.168.100.1/[url removed, login to view] to scrape this data.
2.) The script must prepend “Downstream” and “Upstream” to each row in the text file appropriately.
3.) The script must overwrite the existing contents of text file each time it’s run.
