python project with GUI- citation prediction using graphs

I have a python project need to be done. The project goal is to do link prediction on articles. Meaning you can add an article and get the number and details of the articles that are most likely to cite him. I want an algorithm that can create a directed graph base on existing dataset ("Cora") or other if you know one in a manner of article –cites--> article. Later the graph will train and test himself and eventually you will be able to upload\add a new article and get details about the optional citing articles. The details do not need to be too specified just the article name and author and the number of the articles that cites him. I also need a not much complicated GUI that will present the graphs and the details as described. I already started writing the code, but I am not sure about it. My code includes some of what I asked you for- it creates a directed graph, train it, test it but it does not show any of the graphs and it doesn’t have the new prediction part. you can use the existing code and keep developing it or you can start a whole new project, whatever you prefer.
