48 recipes needs rewritten

I have 48 recipes I need rewritten. I am not accepting bids over $100. That's my budget for this project. My sister wrote these recipes, I told her to come up with recipes but I'm not sure how many of the recipes she copied if any from another recipe book. I am making a recipe book and printing, therefore I don't want to have problems with plagarism so I want to get them rewritten. I would like the recipes to be interactive to the reader and fund. I had another freelancer who was working on the project but decided to stop. I am attaching a recipe of an edited recipe Sorrel_Meringue_Pie edited ( so you can see the style i am going for) and I am attaching a recipe that needs to be rewritten (GINGER FRUIT BREAD). Each recipe should be introduced by a short story. as seen in the Sorrel_Meringue_Pie recipe. I do not care about ur past work or how many jobs you've done like this or your ratings on freelancer. My interest is this job and only this job.
