I need a business/social networking web site developed. I already have 95% of what it would be like in my mind. I need somebody to help me complete the conceptualization of the web site and produce a requirement document. Then he/she would be responsible for managing the development work of a vendor hand picked by me.
Qualifications:
From the commercial perspective, the project manager must be a strategist, very familiar with business networking and social networking web sites and the ideas/selling points behind them. On the technical front, he/she must be very familiar with the programming languages and web coders and designers' standard work flow and best practices that ensure the construciton of a fully functional and effective web site with optimal time/cost mix, for the purpose of my idea. The project manager is the third party that represents me in supervising the web development. When making the bid, please address these qualification requirements in details
