FLV / Flash Video background for header of [login to view URL]

I have a website located at [url removed, login to view] with a custom developed flash header with a video running in the background.

To make the site more user friendly I have decided to change the theme to dark on a light background. To change to a new colour scheme would require a new video.

The site hosts various projects relating to code projects and documents relating to them.

Thus the project is this: create a new flv - flash video for the background of the header that is suitable for a coding site.

Suggestions for the design of the video should be submitted along with your bid bearing in mind the background should be light for the redesign of my website to fit in within a business context.
