3D Product carousel module for PrestaShop

We are looking for the development of a module that acts as a product carousel with 3D images for PrestaShop (1.7 ..). The idea is that this carousel can be used both as main element as background, foreground may contain other elements (div) of CTAs.
It searches the result of the design depth perception by the user. The figures of the products will orbit with the focus of the page visitor's gaze. This implies gradual transitions of size and position in the figures, as well as the blurring of those that are closest to the user, giving full prominence to the element that is located at the farthest point of the ellipse.
In the absence of sufficient knowledge, we are not able to specify the technology that should be used for the 3D modeling of the products in an optimal way for the web, so we cannot determine the language used for the development of that part of the module. We are open to suggestions and advice.
