Small Domain Alias Plesk Problem

I have a site which should display domain aliases like this [url removed, login to view] using the htaccess file.
But when i add domains via a script they just default to the main website domainaftermarket.co.uk.
In the domain options (plesk admin) the domains show a 301 re-diect as active but i have too many domains to do this manually. I'm looking to change the script to upload the domain aliases without the 301 activated if possible.
