illustrate two characters for a 2D game

Each character consist in 12 images. Character One will be a player and need be a pixelArt representation of a Mage with a Hat and Staff. The size must be 32pixelsx32pixels you need make 1 image to represent Character Idle for each direction North, East, South, West, also you need 2 images that simulate a walk movement of the character also in all directions. So at end we expect 3 images of each direction IDLE, MOV1, MOV2. Character Two will be a Enemy and need be a pixelArt representation of a Dragon the size can be between 32x32 pixels and 64x64 pixels. I need same images of character One that represents Dragon movements.
