Hi,
Summary -
We require a web page that allows users of our existing system to log in to and submit historical events with dates. The submission is then approved / denied by an administrator account who also logs in to the same section though sees a different view. All data that is approved is displayed on another page in a historical timeline format.
Details -
1. Page:
* You will set up a submission form page using PHP/HTML/CSS/Microsoft SQL 2012
* The page will sit inside an iframe within our existing website which already has user authentication set up. We use a DNN CMS. Once the user has logged in it can their username, name and surname into the page you will be creating. You will need to set up part up. It will need to be responsive.
2. Database:
* You will need to make a database on Microsoft SQL Server 2012 to store data submission.
* The database will contain 1x main table (and possibly more if you think it is required)
* The table will contain a list of submissions with the fields in the attached reference material.
3. Approval View:
* You will create a page that an administrator can view all submissions and pick from a drown down to approve/deny each submission. It will need to be responsive.
4. Public View:
* You will create a page that users can view approved submissions and this will coincide with a view in Microsoft SQL 2012.
(See details attached on how this will look)
You will need to work on your own copy of Microsoft SQL 2012 and own PHP installation and file. Once complete hand over the database and file and we will add it to our sever and update the page connection details.
At this point you will assist us where needed to connected the DNN username, first name and surname variables up passing them into the page you have made.
If you are interested please let me know how long this will take you (hours), and when you can complete it by.
As a rough guide, small % payment to start. e.g. 10%. 50% after page and database is completed and sent to us and we test it to be working ok and to scope. 40% once integration with DNN page set up.
