Write some Software

We are looking for a PHP programmer that can develop a plugin for OSTicket. We need to be able to require payment from customers on a per-ticket basis.

1. User opens a ticket

2. User receives response containing a Paypal payment link AND/OR a Bitpay link. The requirement is that credit cards AND bitcoin may be used. I am not familiar enough with payment gateways to know whether this is integrated with each service or through a gateway.

3. User pays the ticket.

4. Paypal/Bitpay sends message which triggers a POST requests to a web service we host ourselves (very simple: ticket with id = {id} payment status = paid)

5. In OS Ticket's tickets overview there is another column (payment status) that turns from red to green after performing a GET request against our webservice for all tickets that have the status "paid." There should be an ability to use OSTicket's existing triggers to have specially crafted events occur (e.g., a telephone call if necessary, but this is handled outside of this proposed script.)

6. Operator solves paid ticket.

7. Customer is happy :-)

There should be different levels of service (and these should be customizable). For example:

- $10 payment receives a response within a week.

- $50 payment receives a response within a day.

- $1,000 payment receives a phone call within an hour.

Ideally, we will likely release the plugin back to the community on an open-source basis.

I am open to further suggestions and refinements that we can establish together, and I greatly appreciate you taking the time to read and respond to this request.
