Overall purpose
A crm where my writers can register and my team can upload jobs and assign it to writers.
Details
Registration
A writer can register his full name, address, phone number, email address, reference code (there will be 5 preset codes), years of writing experience, niche/sector
I also want the option for a proofreader to register
Admin
Every writers registration needs to be authorised by an administrator. Need multiple administration logins
When we approve it, there will be fields which we will fill (these details a writer can't see)
Category (4 preset categories seo, premium seo, retail good, retail fabulous)

There will be a database of all writers which we can see
Job posting
Admins can post a job that will have the following information
1. Title
2. Client (writers can't see this)
3. Number of word's or number of pages or number of articles or total project word count
4. Pricing per word per article or per page or per project or part of salary
5. Deadline
6. Assign to - admin can either assign this to a specific writer or can leave it blank
7. Proofreader involved

Available jobs
Whichever jobs administration posts and have not been specifically assigned, writer can click on apply, reject or ask a queston. Once they click on apply, admin has to confirm by clicking in assign
In progress jobs
Jobs that have been directly assigned to them by the admin and the writer has clicked accept or the ones they have applied for and have been assigned go here
Each in progress job will open to a new page. Over here the writer can upload upto 15 files or write a comment to the administration
Admin will get notified when there is a comment
Once the project file is uploaded it comes up as submitted. The administration approved it and it shows as completed.
Once completed, whatever amount there is gets credited in his wallet (not a payment integration but his amount get's calculated there) on the top right his amount should reflect
Closed
All Past projects will be mentioned there
Additional
I want the option for the admin that when a project is being listed I select the option of a proofreader being there.
So if a writer uploads a file it goes in the proofreaders dashboard. The proofreader should not know who the writer is. He or she will only she a writer ID
There should also be an option where the writer uploads it goes to the admin and the admin can manually select to send it to the proofreader
Some projects may not have a proofreader involved
