I want a JavaScript code to be working for my video website for video thumail. reference website link is at: [login to view URL]

For example.. when you see example for "Police officer talks to suicidal man about football" in google search.. that website has youtube vidoe thumnail. when people search online for this keyword they will see vidoe thumanil and that will get views to website rather than just text.

I want to same thing like that to appear that my website video thumbnail on universal website. my website is word press and I tried to purchase vidoe seo plugin also that worked for videos like youtube with video sitemap. but videos are appearing in video section of search results. I want as universal search thumbnail. like the above link from [login to view URL]

Please let me now its easy for diffcult to do. i need experts on this work.
