Hi, I can build the following functionality based on what you mentioned within the budget specified: 1. Login page for property owner to login 2. Guest reservation page that accepts guest name, property, checkin & checkout times 3. Three simple tabular reports on a page showing guest registrations, booking windows (arrival date - booking date), guest arrival lists (sorted by arrival date) 4. Aggregate calendar (month at a time) that shows each day of the month and how many reservations exist It should be possible to deploy my application to any environment but Hosting and deployment costs to AWS are not included, you will need to procure a Amazon environment. I can assist with setting up the AWS environment, if you dont have one but the cost of that setup isnt included. Application will be built in PHP and database can be either mariadb/mysql, most likely use an open source tool at the back-end.
