First of all I just want someone who really understand about it to explain which vps should I buy. Then my requirements are:

1. Restream from an existing .m3u8 or .ts stream

2. Put unique key for this stream. Ex: each time the user visit, the Player loads the stream with different key ex: stream=37491heh484717

3. And teach me how to do it because I have to do it constantly in the future
