I would like to hire a Programmer

I am looking for a program or platform can calculate probabilities in groups of numbers from 500 to 2000. This program and platform must take in account probability formulas, as well as premises or roles created do define selection policies. The intentions of this program is to deduct the most probable numbers to be selected in the next “lottery”. I must be able to input information on a weekly bases, and great new groups. Information to input can be: - Numbers that will take part on the “lottery” - Numbers that do not participate on the “lottery” because they have been selected already - Numbers that do not participate on the “lottery” because they are available for sale - Numbers are mine - Historical activity of active numbers • Numbers that participate on a second “lottery” • Numbers that participate on a third “lottery” - Historical activity of winning numbers Probability percentage should be presented in a visual form and bay area of approximation. In parallel I would like to be able to see how much money has been invested by myself in each of my numbers individually. The program, in that particular area, should be able to present the possible sale price (calculated by a formula that I present) in comparison to the calculation of the competition. File in attachment is an example of the way I will receive the information. Blue and yellow numbers are numbers that do not participate in future “lotteries” because they have been selected before by different means. White numbers are the ones who will participate in future “lotteries” Grey numbers are not participate in future “lotteries” because they are still available for porches.
