1. The project is the creation/customisation of woocommerce vendors. Or your plugin suggested. My research has shown that the multi vendor suppliers seem to be having a battle with each other, showing conflicting and incorrect information on their website. As stability of the project is key I do not wish to use any of them apart from woo’s own, or woo membership
2. My company is looking to offer structural steel companies the ability to sell their products as well as our standard products that are loaded.
3. A manual set up of the product category of the supplier is done
a. The supplier can add his own products to that category and no other
b. The supplier has full control over their own products
c. The supplier has its own role and capabilities, maybe set up as a group or members
d. The supplier can only see their orders that have been created within his membership/group. Full capabilities except delete permanently, only admin can delete
e. The vendor can load a csv file, with his prices for our standard products, three columns, post_name,cost_of_goods ID, regular_price. This correct pricing table loads when the user enters in their postcode see 4.a.
4. Post Code entry
a. On page load of every page, a prominent input field for user entry of the “delivery post code”.
b. Select the correct supplier dependant of the post code
c. On post code entry to display the correct supplier product category depending on the post code entry
d. To load all standard product with the prices of the loaded csv see 3.e.
e. Change the product vendor status in the woocommerce product to the correct vendor
5. On placing of order.
a. The order is marked as belonging to the user group on vendor postcode entry
