Very Quick Project - I have Wordpress with SupportCandy ticket system plugin.
Guests open tickets and users reply to the tickets.
What is needed:
In a new MySQL database:
Every time a registered user (Not Guest) clicks "Reply" using SupportCandy plugin increase this user's reply count by 1 and store in MySQL with the username and date.
For example:
Sept 24th:
User1 - 20 Clicks
Admin - 25 Clicks
User55 - 40 Clicks
Sept 25th:
User1 - 15 Clicks
Admin - 2 Clicks
User55 - 6 Clicks
Display these results in a separate MySQL page from new date to old.
Delete dates older than 90 days.
Any reply without "I have fully read and understood what needs to be done" will be ignored.
