Wordpress - Speed Up (IMMEDIATE JOB)

A WP site needs to be heavily optimised, not just the home page but the entire site. It currently takes around 35 to 40 seconds to load. The PageSpeeds Insights score for Desktop and Mobile are terrible. I need them to be 85 or higher. I need the optimisations mentioned in PageSpeeds Insights to be actioned. You cannot use W3 total cache as this plugin breaks the sites functionality. It goes without saying but the site MUST NOT break as a result of your optimisations. Everything is working fine now. It must be exactly the same after your work on the site, albeit much faster.
