WordPress Plugin to Flag Inappropriate Posts

I need a plugin that does exactly the same as this one: [login to view URL] But with 2 new features: 1) Allow adding the "Report Post" button anywhere in the post via shortcode or php code. Preferably inside an <a> tag. 2) Make the posts go back to "un-published" after they have received x amount of reports (configurable in the plugin settings). There is currently no plugin that does this and is updated (most are +3 years old). After doing this, you will be the owner of the plugin and have 100% freedom to redistribute and sell it.
