Wordpress coding customization to theme and plugins

This is what we need: 1) I am using electro theme on this wordpress instalation with woocomerce and wc vendors plugin, this makes this web site a multi vendor site. All is working good but I added custom fields on plugin wc vendors and I want to add a field to upload video of products, and also to show it on product simple page in a adaptive way. 2) Also, I need to add a 360 video plugin and make that this appear on wc vendors add product area and also show the 360 picture of each product (if they have uploaded) on single product page. 3) I want have a system to do this: An user that have more that 100 sales is a Pro Vendor, and a user that have more than 200 sales made in my site is a LevelGod vendor.. so I need do this. 4)I want to show a bubble on menu bar to show to users when they have a new sale or a transaction change status
