We would like to convert an existing Wordpress website, [login to view URL], to a one-page website design by taking the current, working elements and putting them all on one page. This needs to be done for both desktop and mobile (e.g. responsive mobile). Additionally, we have a list of changes we would like to make as part of this website update. Please review the following materials and provide a time and budget quote. We need to have this website up and running in one-page format and with the change requests addressed by NO LATER than 12pm PST on Monday, November 16th. PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT A BID IF YOU CANNOT MAKE THIS DATE. 1) Functional wireframe with desktop and mobile breakpoints (click top-right arrow tab and select breakpoint from bottom-right of screen). Please note that the wireframe preview is built in Flash, and therefore is not supported by mobile devices. A link to the wireframe is in the attached document. 2) Attached specification document with site outline, project guidelines, and link to functional wireframe mentioned in #1.
