I need a small app that will catch a webhook sent from my CRM, parse data from the webhook into prewritten SMS messages, and then fire API calls to send SMS through the phone system.

In my CRM software, I can set up an automated campaign to be executed over days, weeks, or months. These campaigns can include webhooks, emails, texts, and more. The problem is, the CRM and my phone system have different phone numbers.
Project deliverable: Successful completion of this project will include
- App to catch webhook.
- Console to write / format / save SMS templates.
- connection to GoToConnect API to send SMS messages.
- Instructions on how to format the webhook to parse record data into the body of the text message.
- System security. All Authorizations, IDs, and tokens must be stored and used in a safe manner.

Preference will be given to a solution that will achieve this go through native solutions. What I mean by this is directly linking the two systems without the requirement of 3rd party application or scripting.
