Looking for troubleshooting. I had a hiccup on my website where I use an autoresponder called Arigato Pro with Easy WP SMTP. I tried to switch my SMTP to Postman SMTP on Friday. Now I am unable to send any emails from my wordpress site (via SMTP or PHP). My test email with Easy WP SMTP goes through with no issue, but nothing submitted through the autoresponder form is arriving in the requested inboxes. This autoresponder campaign is where we enter info for new hires for them to get the correct training information via email at the correct time. The new site is a clone of our old site that is still working perfectly. Contacted host and autoresponder plugin developer and both say that everything looks fine and no idea why emails are not arriving. Email Log plugin shows that emails are going out, but none received. Hostgator and plugin developer both suggested to wipe the site and start over, which we did. Still with same problem.
We can start over again or use old website, but thought to check here first as we prefer the new domain name for our team going forward. If it is not a hard fix, I could use some help ASAP.
