I have a website [login to view URL] that i want to make some changes but with my own design that i did on photoshop, the people that did this project in the past did great job no offense but to many limitations on my project and did not follow as much as how i wanted it so now it is cutting me down on how business functions. The person who i will hire need to comply with me, do not argue on what i ask i do not take a No for an answer, if i ask you to add something there i know is possible so i wont say to add a feature if it isn't possible, so if you like challenges and picky clients you about to meet one, so if you cannot do what i ask do not waste my time i simply want someone who knows what they doing and knows how to get the job done right. This has to be done on your server for now since i am running live on my website and cannot stop it but we going to work 1 thing at the time test it make sure it works right then move to the next .
So you have to strong skills highly experienced on php, programming, ajax and the other things i mentioned above, let me know i cannot accept mistakes so English communication needs to be good as well i want to make sure we on same page. I have limits on what i spend and how much i am spending since is all out of my pocket but you need to look at this way in long term what will benefit you.
