This software we need easy to translate to spanish.
1-SalesMan module
1.1 In this module sellers will have access to:
-Create customer accounts.
-Modify accounts -
-See his own customer list (No one can see customer list just a seller who created the customer account or system administrator, if the account is already exist so the vendor who create first the account is the winner)
-The option to add a flag a customer the salesman will do it (green, yellow, red per customer)
Red - Desistio
Yellow - Seguimiento
Green - Prioridad
Customer accounts will have the following fields
Name* - Last Name - Cell Phone - email* - Telephone - ID- Sex - Job - age - date and time (automatic)
(Once created the account will be registered in the system its creation date.)

All the salesman do it here most to leave a log for the admin.
1.2 Generating Emails via SMTP Account Settings
1.2.1 The vendors will manage their email from this module (send and receive emails) (we have or domain and our emails so we need configure our emails via SMTP here and the admin need to see what they are doing all the time, example how many emails send, who write, what time, the information where they send it, description of the email, something like a gmail, outlook inbox but inside our system and basic.).
1.3 Call register (ability to enter a comment after each call to the clients)
(they can left a note and then and can mark it)
All the salesman do it here most to leave a log for the admin.
2 System Administration
2.1 Creation of all of the above.
2.2 Creation and management of vendor accounts (including emails)
2.3 Report we need generate report per day, mount, year, coustumer, sex, salesman, all the important fields.
2.3.2 - Customer Management Report
2.3.2.1 - Log administration record by seller. (Sent emails, calls, follow-ups, everything that the seller does on the system that generates a record by date and time).
2.5 create accounts for projects.
And a app for android just for sales man.
Example:
In the app they will be login, and the app can save the login and they no need to login all the time, like facebook or something like that.
Then they will be a create a customer account by his phone and send it to the system.
They can do queries from the app.
The app is just to do queries and create new customer account.
and this project most to be modifiable to add more modules in the future.
