Hello All,
For a client i need a clone of a script basicly like this one here.

The clone should have more options though.
1. User & admin panel , incl user registration form. Email verification - retrieve password. In the admin panel option to delete members - statistics - ban by IP - mail and username.
2. In admin panel option to let users buy Credits to send an SMS. Set how many credits for xx ammount
3. Option to work with OR without the credits system[meaning free or paid service]. Users must be able to buy new credits using paypal.
4. Wap enabled, meaning, there should be a simple version of this script that can be used using WAP
I need exclusive rights for this.
