Simple PHP/MySql database and front-end

I need a quick piece of php writing to access, update and pull data from a MySql Database. I cant imagine it being a complex task to code all it involves is a few tables and inputting a few bits of data per form. I do need this quick though (24 - 48 hours) and will pay instantly via paypal if you have that abillity. I will supply templates for the input and output forms so you know what to output, this may also involve a follow-up project at a later date, heres a basic run-down of what i need it to do; At a top (admin) level I would like to be able to add/remove categories, there will be no sub-categories but each category will have to be able to be sorted into two columns (have/need) possibly by a boolean, but output on the page will be split into these two columns (see below). Also to be able to sort the columns manually on the output form. Users have a login and password that is created taking the following details; Username Password Emial Address (optional) Section ID (optional) Character Class (optional) Then when adding an "item" to the db it would take the following info; Category (drop down box from the above categories but default based on where the user clicks on the output page) Item name Special% (optional) have/want To be able to assign a colour to each cateogry (hex value) To output this data in a per-user form To have the username field and item field searchable, leading to the output page To have the user be able to be able to delete only items they added (via a link next to the item on the output page) To be able to add text to the output field indicating if it was added within the last 24 hours ----- * Please Now Look At The Output Page "template" as an attachment * ----- As you can see the categories in on both sides are the same but the items are different, so the same categories apply to two different groups of items. When inputing user would have a radio choice box to either have/want to decide which side the item appears on. The "R" link next to each item would let the uer of that page remove that item. The "S" link would search the db for other users who have added this item to their page and the search results page would display user names and link to the user page. The "E" link would be a mailto: with subject as the item name. Also you can see the flashing "new" text, i would like this to appear on items that have been added in the previous 24 (rolling) hours. Users would add an item by clicking on the category header (i.e. *weapons*) which would lead to the input page with the category combobox defaulted to *Weapons* There is no navigation on the page but I would like there to be the following pages; User's page (shown above) Search page, a simple box with a radio for search user/item, search result page would return a page with a list of usernames which link to the user's page. Registration page, for users to register (no auth required) Log-in page for people to log in (would be reached if a user tried to click remove or add an item data stored in a cookie would remember their details, i would also need a log-out link)
